Modern, cubic, two-storey design with a flat roof designed for semi-detached buildings, without a basement, with a single-car garage, ideal for a family of 4-5 people.
The area is approx. 140m2. A simple, geometrical shape, with lettered roofs, white-graphite, with vertical pillars separating the neighbor and constituting at the same time pergolas, attracts the attention of not a single passer-by. Throughout the house, windows were installed right up to the floor in order to maximize the lighting of the rooms.
The real "icing on the cake" is a large number of terraces. One is from the front, the other from the garden, and the other is on the first floor. Rest, sunbathing and airing of bedding can be carried out in parallel.
The ground floor consists of: a hall, a single-storey garage adjacent to it on the right side and a solid fuel room adjacent to it.
The left side of the house is a small study room or a guest room, while behind the stairs leading to the first floor, a kitchen has been designed with access to the terrace, which is a very handy option when it comes to taking guests and serving dishes outdoors. The use of the kitchen is facilitated by a practical pantry, where we can also store wine for special occasions. A cozy living room with a fireplace is placed on the garden side. It was connected to the dining room creating more than thirty meters space. A terrace exit has been added from several pages to enrich communication. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, so that guests staying with us do not go upstairs to use ours.
The second floor consists of 3 private bedrooms, each of which has its own wardrobe and access to the terrace. In the biggest you can add a romantic fireplace that will create a quaint atmosphere. An additional advantage of the said master bedroom is the fact that it was designed with a personal bathroom. As for the main bathroom, it has a practical exit to the terrace, which gives the possibility of washing laundry efficiently.
House Zb10 is dedicated to a family with two or three children.
