Zb21 A traditional semi-detached house with a gable roof, a modern block and a single garage. It can also be built as a row house because it has no side window openings. The only decorative elements are: pergolas and wood or plaster imitating wood on the facade. Characteristic for Zb21 are two large dormers with a flat roof.
At the threshold, we are greeted by a covered entrance to the entrance hall, which is a link between the garage and the utility room for solid fuel. The central center of the day zone is a spacious living room with a kitchenette, which is separated by a partition wall to maintain aesthetic impressions in the dining area. The glazed sliding wall and door in the kitchen section provide a lot of light and good humor.
Stairs placed in the central part of the house lead to the attic, where the architect designed 3 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom and wardrobe. The people living in the other two rooms use the shared bathroom at the end of the lobby. In these bedrooms, a place for an open wardrobe and exit to the balcony glazed with a crystal-clear balustrade were separated.
The biggest attraction of the dedicated project is undoubtedly the external fireplace in the gazebo and the pond integrated into the garden architecture. Thanks to them, we will spend pleasant moments with our closest friends and family.
