A contemporary semi-detached house with a gable roof, without eaves. It can also be built as a row house because it has no side window openings. From the front there are wooden elements that can be covered both the entrance and the balcony on the first floor. The façade is decorated with modern, large dormers. From the garden side, a modern wooden pergola spreads over the terrace.
The façade colors are fashionable and modern. A combination of white, graphite and natural wood was used. The area of the house does not exceed 120 m2.
On the ground floor there is a single garage with access to the hall. In the utility room on the right side, it is possible to create an exit door. On the right side of the lobby there is a guest toilet, on the left there is a storage space for brushes, cloths, detergents, a vacuum cleaner and a mop. Spiżarka is an indispensable, handy room for every housekeeper. A large number of countertops and a kitchen island covered by a fireplace against the curious gaze of the starving people is a perfect solution for people who cook a lot and do not have time to clean everything up to date. The entrance to the terrace leads from the living room and from the kitchen, which shortens the way of serving a freshly prepared breakfast on a sunny Sunday morning.
In the left part of the house there is a staircase leading upwards. There, in the attic, there are 3 bedrooms available, one of them - master bedroom - has a private bathroom and a dressing room as well as a balcony. The people living in the other two rooms use a large shared bathroom, which easily accommodates a bathtub, shower and washing machine.
The glazing in the rooms extends up to the floor, providing a lot of light, vitamin D and good mood. Glazing protects balustrades on which you can ventilate your bedding.
The Zb14 design gives the possibility to create an additional bedroom so that the attic is equipped not in 3 but in 4 rooms. The change introduced is the removal of the bathroom and wardrobe in the master bedroom, a slight shift of the wall of the shared bathroom, and the creation of an additional entrance door to the room newly created in this way.
The Zb14 project is dedicated to people with fantasy and their own ideas for interior design.
