Zb17 is a two-storey house with a gable roof with the option of combining segments into semi-detached or terraced houses. Each segment contains two separate apartments, to which you enter through the common atrium. From the entrance hall there is also a direct entrance to the double garage. From the garage to the utility room.
The first flat is on the ground floor. It includes a living room combined with a kitchen. The living room has an exit to the covered terrace. The flat has two more rooms and a bathroom.
