Zx10 is a project with a simple classic shape with an envelope roof. Clean, delicate elevations with subdued colors give it charm and elegance.
The living area located on the ground floor was separated into a block with a light stone cladding, finished with a delicate cornice. The house was designed for a 5-6 person family. A roofed entrance leads to the resting area in the left wing of the building. The combined kitchen, dining room and living room heighten the feeling of spaciousness. In the central place there is a fireplace and a large family table. There was a large pantry next to the kitchen.
In the right wing, there is space for large wardrobes, a toilet with a shower, a utility room and a two-garage garage. There is also an additional room here that can act as a study room and a guest room.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with a bathroom and a communal wardrobe. The master bedroom has a separate wardrobe and its own bathroom.
