Zx7 is a modern two-storey house with a double garage positioned from the front, thanks to which it also fits into a narrower plot. The distinctive cubic form has been covered with an envelope roof and enriched with wood elements on the facades. The project has a clear functional layout.
From the entrance hall leads to the hall and garage. The lobby, which divides the ground floor into the living and utility part, provides space for large wardrobes. The utility room can be accessed via a garage or bathroom. A spacious living room with a dining room and an open kitchen creates a comfortable living space. This zone has access to a partially covered terrace. The fireplace was integrated into the wall between the dining room and the hall.
On the first floor there are four comfortable bedrooms, very adjustable, wardrobe and two bathrooms, including one private. One of the bedrooms has an exit to the terrace above the garage. All rooms on the first floor are full-sized rooms without slants, which affects their stability and comfort of use.
