    Zx6 is a modern design with an extended garage body in front of the building's front. The simple form and skilfully chosen detail give it style and contemporary character.

    The interior of the house greets us with a spacious hallway with a spacious wardrobe for covers and knick knacks. A representative hall leads to the living room with a fireplace and dining annex in the right wing of the house. From the front, a kitchen with a comfortable pantry has been designed. From its windows you can see the entrance and the driveway. On the ground floor there is an additional room, over 12m2. A short corridor separates the utility part from the laundry room and bathroom. You can also go to the garage, where you will find a utility room with direct access to the garden. A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor, with full usable height. There are three nice, spacious bedrooms, two wardrobes and a bathing room. The main bedroom is equipped with its own wardrobe and exit to the terrace, above the garage.
