The Zx2 project is a modern, two-story house with refined elevations characteristic of contemporary architecture. The cube-like body is covered with a low-gradient envelope roof.
Ground floor space is a mainly daily zone, there is almost 30m2 living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. The exit to the side terrace, which can also be located from the front, is directly from the kitchen and living room. This will be important for plots that are facing the south. In the left part of the house a garage has been designed, with direct access to the lobby, a study room and a bathroom. The first floor is a lounge area with three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate lockable laundry room.
The idea behind the project was to obtain a clean, simple, ergonomic form, and at the same time unique in expression that will become a characteristic accent in space. This project can be made in several versions, with a terrace from the back, or a garage for two positions.
