Z395 is a proposal of a one-storey house, with a traditional gable roof and a two-garage garage. Its usable area is 132m2, and the additional advantage is the fact that it can be built on a narrow plot.
The solid is a combination of a "modern barn" with a traditional gable roof. Its innovative form has been expressed in a dark shade of the facade, a cuboidal form of a solid, and emphasizing the combination of brown and graphite wood.
The simple, clean form of the object is undoubtedly a positive feature of the project presented to you.
The ground floor, through which, through the hallway and a conveniently placed wardrobe, leads the front entrance, is the only floor of the building proposed for you. This is appreciated by older people who are usually not interested in moving the stairs between the day and night zone of the house.
The economic zone includes a boiler room and a two-car garage, which we can use to set up the mower, bike or motor, if we have one car.
The interior of the house is divided into a day and bed part.
On the right side of the entrance there is a kitchenette, which is adjacent to the utility room, while a sitting room with dining room and a warm fireplace serves as a family meeting place. During the celebrations, the sliding, glass patio doors will perfectly enlarge the zone of making guests for the terrace area.
The bedroom, as a home haven, contains 4 rooms. One of them has a private bathroom.
Z395 is dedicated to a family with two or three children, who likes modern architecture and values individual solutions.
