    A one-storey house, contemporary, with a single-car garage with large glazing and decorative blinds. Part of the house was covered with a flat roof, part of a gable roof.



    The hall has an optimal amount of space for a built-in wardrobe, and the utility room is a link between a single garage and a hall. In the hall there are two bathrooms, one of which can be replaced by stairs leading to the first floor, if we want to decorate the attic as a utility. We will then gain an additional 70 m2.



    The right part of the house is the day zone. It includes a spacious living room with a dining area, a kitchenette and a handy pantry.



    One of the biggest advantages is the fireplace that gives the family atmosphere warmth and the glazed sliding wall. Thanks to it, we will enlarge the living area on warm days and evenings with the terrace surface. From now on, every barbecue and family meeting will be a pleasure.



    The left part of the house is a bed part consisting of 3 rooms. The largest of them has a personal bathroom and a wardrobe. The other two have a shared bathroom. They gain the attractiveness thanks to their own device by the lady of the house.
