Z368 is a proposal of a modern one-storey house with an envelope roof, finished with white plaster with the addition of rustication and wooden panels or wood-like cladding.
Architects deliberately used large glazing to maximize the interior lighting.
The house is divided into a living and bed part.
A fireplace is planned in the spacious living room connected to the dining room, so that your home will never lack the warmth of a home bonfire. The kitchenette is equipped with a large number of countertops, which will be appreciated by every lady of the house.
In the bed part, 3 bedrooms have been designed, one of which has an adjoining private bathroom and a dressing room, and the other two - exit to the covered terrace.
The Z368 house design was created as a response to the need of families with two children.
Warning! The dimensions of the building given on the site may vary to a small extent because projects require a change in technology.
