Z312 is a one-storey house with a gable roof. A simple body and an interesting combination of different materials on the façades gives it a unique look.
We enter the entrance hall through a covered entrance, then there is the main hall, from which we have access to all rooms. The kitchen is comfortable and has been enriched with a large, adjustable pantry. Comfortable placement of the kitchen allows you to combine it with the dining room and living room, but also enable it to be separated by the use of sliding doors.
