Z271 is a modern one-storey house with a two-seater garage with a hip roof.
A very comfortable interior with clearly separated zones has been designed for 120 sq m of usable space. The left part of the house is a spacious day zone with an open kitchen, living room and dining room that can accommodate a large table. The spacious balcony windows add spaciousness, which additionally opens the space to the surrounding garden. From the living room leads to the terrace roofed with a romantic pergola. The kitchen, if necessary, can be easily separated by a partition wall or remain at the arrangement with a modern island. In the right part of the house there is a night zone with three comfortable bedrooms, a toilet with a shower and a large bathroom with a bathtub and a window. The largest bedroom was additionally equipped with its own wardrobe.
