Z51 is a neat and comfortable home with a simple shape with a hipped roof. A great advantage of the design is a spacious, unused attic for your own arrangement, connected to the ground floor with comfortable reinforced concrete steps.
Z51 is designed on a square plan. The day zone is a spacious living room with dining area and an exit to the covered terrace. The partially separated kitchen can be combined with the living room by eliminating the partition wall. Next to the kitchen is a spacious pantry, which can also act as a store room. The night zone has been clearly separated to ensure maximum comfort for the residents. There are three comfortable bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. Comfortable stairs lead to the attic, which can be freely arranged as a studio, space for recreation, additional bedrooms or just an attic storage.
It is possible to design a garage entrance on the side façade, which will allow for a different positioning of the dwelling on the section - with a side entrance.
