    Description of the project

    Contemporary twin with an envelope roof. The roofing of the entrance to the building and the terrace from the garden is a balcony on the first floor. The façade colors are fashionable and modern. A combination of white, clinker and natural wood was used. Zb23 are two separate apartments, each of which has its own independent entrance and PG.



    Ground floor: the first apartment has a kitchen with a dining room and a spacious living room on the garden side. A small guest toilet was placed under the stairs leading to the first floor.



    The second flat is mostly an open space. Kitchen placed from the front from which we continue to the living room and dining room. Next to it is a room separated by a folding door. It can be used as a cabinet, library or room for people visiting us. There was also room for a large bathroom and a storage / pantry under the stairs.



    Floor: I flat - double rooms, each with its own wardrobe and a large, spacious bathroom. From the bedroom and bathroom, we can go out to the terrace surrounding the whole building.



    II flat - there are 3 rooms / bedrooms, one of which has its own wardrobe and bathroom.



    The glazing in the rooms extends up to the floor, providing a lot of light, vitamin D and good mood.
