Zb24 is a semi-detached house project. The residential part was covered with a gable roof, and the garage was crowned with a roof. The garage lump is located on the outer part of the residential segments, which allows it to be extended to a multi-storied garage.



The facades of the part with a gable roof are covered with white thin-coat plaster. For decorative purposes, elevation wood was used. A characteristic visual element of the design is the roof area, which is slightly out of the contour of the body, thus creating a border finished with wood. This procedure was aimed at giving the block of uniqueness. The flat roof was finished with white boarding.



On the ground and first floor there are separate residential segments - in each of them two bedrooms with personal wardrobes and an open living room with kitchen. To increase the standard of the flat a large bathroom and a separate toilet were designed. Although the project provides for common entrance to the building, the residential segments are separated so that both families feel the greatest privacy. The flat located on the ground floor has a garden, while on the first floor there is a spacious terrace above the garage.



The project has a large utility room with a separate exit to the outside.



The Zb24 project is a modern version of a block of a traditional single-family home.
