    Description of the project

    Zb22 is a two-storey house with a double garage. The simple, modern body has been enriched with large glazing, simple planes and arcades. The flat roof and the raw colors of the façade complete the whole

    The interior of the house has been designed as two separate apartments.



    On the ground floor, a larger flat consisting of an open day zone located on the left side of the entrance and a bed part with three bedrooms, a bathroom and a walk-in closet was located. The living room, dining room and each bedroom have direct access to the terrace.



    The second floor of the building is a living room with kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and two bedrooms. The flat has a 70 meter terrace, which is the biggest advantage for future residents.



    Each of the flats has its own external part designed in a way that does not interfere with everyday use.
