    The Z500 house design proposal is ideally suited for semi-detached houses. The modern finish of the façade is highlighted with a cladding in shades of black, graphite and gray, and the protection of balconies in the form of a glazed balustrade.



    The characteristic elements are: ornaments in the form of vertical blinds, a flat roof without eaves, and the overall cubic character of the building.



    In the arcade there is an entrance to the interior of the house. The hall welcomes us, where we have space for a wardrobe close to the ceiling. From there, go to the lobby, which is a communication hub between all parts of the house.



    The right side is the economic part: a single-storey garage and boiler room.



    The back of the house is a more than 30-meter living room with dining area and kitchenette. It is an open living area - the center of everyday family life. It is a comfortable lounge area with a large sofa, home cinema and a fireplace to be developed according to the inspiration of the home owners. Panoramic terrace glazing, with a length of two walls, perfectly illuminates the interior and seamlessly connects the house with the garden. The originally arranged terrace favors meetings with a glass of red wine.



    A small toilet under the stairs was also designed to make good use of every piece of space.



    In the bedroom on the first floor there are three rooms. Two of them have balconies. Some of the rooms are intended for children's rooms, the last one is the parents' bedroom. The rooms are adjustable and spacious, so you can properly furnish them providing the necessary space for learning for children. There is also space for large wardrobes. The repertoire of the second storey is complemented by a large, light-flooded bathroom and laundry room. Direct exit to the balcony, to be able to hang freshly washed things, is another big advantage of the proposed twin.



    Presented house design is a great combination of modern style and functional solutions. The segment has a functional layout that ensures its comfortable use and the use of the entire area of a small home segment.
