ZB25 is a project for semi-detached and terraced buildings. Each residential segment is separated by a garage block, thanks to which we maintain the separateness and isolation from the neighbor. The residential part was covered with a gable roof, and the garage was topped with a roof.

The façade was covered with elevation wood and white plaster giving the building a fresh look. The single-storey garage is finished in wood. The main entrance from the front was covered with metal masking elements, while a system roofing system was installed over the window windows. The rear façade has been decorated with a pergola and awning, or a pull-out canopy. Large glazing was used both on the ground and on the first floor.

The ground floor is the daily zone of the house. In the entrance hall there is an entrance leading to a single-storey garage, which, in turn, houses a utility room for solid fuel. On the left side of the entrance, a room has been designed that can serve as a cabinet for one of the household members, or a guest room for visitors. The beautiful, beautiful living room with dining room is designed on a square plan, so that every investor will be able to choose any furniture. Wall-glazed windows let in a large amount of light, and in warm summer days you can spread the glazing and enlarge the living room area by the terrace surface. The kingdom of cooking was designed as a kitchenette, to which a practical kitchen island was added. Every housewife will love her. The larder will also be appreciated by gentlemen. After all, you need to allocate some space for storing homemade wine.

The attic is three rooms, one of which has a private bathroom and a dressing room. The other two rooms can be children's bedrooms, or rooms for remote work for residents. There is one bathroom and a dressing room.
