    Description of the project

    Zx152 is a design of a large, modern, two-story house, exerting a great impression on everyone who likes modern style.


    Simple, overlapping geometric solids, create several separate layers of the building, interspersed with the overwhelming surface of the terrace. Shades of white and graphite were insulated with wooden elevation boards.


    The entrance to the house was covered with a arcade that protects against wind, rain and snow. In the hall on the left we have a lot of space for a wardrobe, which will house the proverbial sea of women's shoes and coats. From the entrance hall we get directly to the garage and the utility room.


    The ground floor was allocated to the daily residential zone. The spacious living room is connected with the dining room and kitchenette, with which the pantry is adjacent. The bar island separates the whole from the living room. The day zone was entirely located on the garden side, so that the household could fully relax after a hard day's work. A fully glazed wall with sliding windows will allow you to combine the living room with the garden on beautiful sunny days.


    The left part of the house located at the front is a study room or a guest room, a bathroom with a laundry room and a place for a large built-in wardrobe.


    The first floor is the private and night zone of our fortress and the land of leisure at the same time. A large terrace, four rooms, one of which has a personal bathroom and a dressing room. Planned large spaces will transform our home into a real kingdom of the desired respite.


    This house is dedicated to people who appreciate large spaces as well as simple, raw forms.
