    Zx170 is another Z500 project of a modern house with a flat roof and enlarging the biologically active plot area.


    Imposing a one-storey, inaccessible bastion, it is an excellent resting place for the household.


    Invisible at first glance: entry to the garage and entrance to the interior of the building, strengthen the sense of privacy also for people visiting the owners of this peculiar house.


    The project presents the taste of architectural innovation in a rich, modern edition. The innovative composition of a three-material façade of gray tiles, dark graphite and elevation panels emphasizes the solidity of the body, emphasizing the cover with wooden blinds.


    Green terraces play a functional and relax role. Thanks to this in summer we have the opportunity to enjoy the warm rays of the sun lying among the greenery, while in the winter, children have the pleasure of sliding down the hill on sleds.


    A creative body, green terraces and an adjustable interior create a sophisticated composition with an elaborate, sublime taste.


    The terrace upstairs is accessible from two sides: from the inside of the building and from the garden - you can enter the green, sloping embankment.


    The architect has divided into zones: day - on the ground floor, night - on the first floor.
