A modern house with a flat roof and a three-storey garage. Elevation was proposed in subdued colors. Wood dominates with the addition of white. The advantage of the house is the orientation of the terrace or the rest zone from the front elevation, thanks to which the house fits perfectly into plots that have a neighbor on three sides. Such solutions allow you to enjoy the intimate terrace, which is lowered from the house, while from the street side you can build a fence that will further separate us from prying passers-by. Part of the wall may overlap the entrance side, even when the garage door is open, you can not see people on the terrace. The entrance wall at the level of the ground floor is underlined by a wide glazing. The solid was created from interpenetrating cubes of different heights, textures and colors. A flat roof emphasizes the raw style of modern architecture.

The entrance to the house leads to the entrance hall, which is the link between the garage and the daytime part of the house. The living room is partially built with a glass sliding wall, so it will be possible to enlarge its surface during the summer receptions with a terrace part. A kitchenette is a practical solution.


The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom and a dressing room. It will satisfy most women but also men will not be indifferent to the advantages of having several bathrooms. After all, the perennial conflicts between two sexes regarding the availability of bathrooms will be resolved. The layout of the rooms can be easily changed, giving 3 bedrooms instead of the proposed 2 with their own bathrooms. Undoubtedly, the big attribute is the ability to create 3 and 4 bedrooms. If investors want, then the largest room on the first floor can be separated by a partition wall, while in the basement there is the possibility of removing the third garage space and transforming it into a guest room with a toilet. In this way, two additional rooms will be created, which will be appreciated by a family with a model larger than 2 + 1.
