Net area: This is the area of all rooms of the building measured at floor level, taking into account plaster and wall cladding. Does not diminish the floor area of variable height - eg. In the attic. To put it simply - so as to spread in all areas of the carpet on the floor.
Technology and construction
Zx151 is a proposal of a modern house with a flat roof, large glazing, partial basement and half-heels. Its usable area is approx. 145 m2.
The uniqueness in the presented project is its dedication. It is proposed to people who want not to build a building in the front of the plot, close to the street, but to move the house back into the plot, leaving free space on the front side, not from the garden side.
The elevation was finished in subdued colors of two cool colors - white and gray. Warm adds the third shade - creamy wooden elements adorning the façade. From each room of the house, leads to the terrace or balcony, which is undoubtedly a big advantage.
The interiors consist of three levels. On level -1 there is a two-car garage with a separate space for bicycles, a technical part and a laundry room.
Level 0 is the daily zone of the house. From the lawful office, two doors lead to the terrace. The spacious, bright living room is a representative part of the house. A warm electric fireplace delimits a kitchenette and a dining area from a beautifully decorated living room.
The night part is located above the garage. Three rooms fit into it, two of which are dedicated to children, while the third room, which can serve as the parents' bedroom, has a private wardrobe and access to the terrace with stairs leading to the garden. Bathrooms are located adequately to the neighborhood of the rooms - adults have their own, children also.
The design may seem difficult to implement, but it has been carefully designed, making it easy to build.
