    Zx145 is a proposition of a house, with mezzanines and attic, a traditional gable roof and a garage for one and a half positions. The usable area is approx. 140 m2, and the additional advantage is the fact that it can be built on a slope.


    The solid combines modernity with a traditional gable roof. Its innovative form has been expressed in white, cuboid forms of solids that surround the house with a gable roof. The whole is underlined with a wooden façade and snow, white plaster.


    The big advantage is three external terraces. The first - garden - on the ground floor, the second on the level of bedrooms and the third available from the parents' bedroom. Glass balustrades, simple clean form of the object, are undoubtedly a positive feature of the object presented to you.


    The lowest area is the economic zone. There is a large utility room, a single garage with an additional place for setting up bicycles or a destination for a DIY area. Devotees of two-wheelers will be able to store two motors in it. Classic choppers or quick chasers will be especially welcome.


    Level 0 is a ground floor, through which, through the hallway, a comfortable wardrobe and hall, leads the front entrance.


    There is a kitchen with a balcony door leading to the terrace, an attractive living room and dining room, which together constitute a day zone. The sliding glass patio doors perfectly enlarge the visitors' area during celebrations.


    The stairs in the lobby lead to the half-floor with a sleeping area, which contains 2 rooms, a shared bathroom, and a terrace. Together with the highest part of the house - an attic, where the parents' bedroom was designed, constitute our home haven.


    Zx145 is dedicated to a family with two children who likes modern architecture and values individual solutions.
