Zx142 is a one-story proposition of a modern house in the shape of the letter "L", with a flat roof, large glazing and three parking spaces.

The façade was adorned with stone, wood and dark graphite plaster.

The entrance to the building leads through a vast arcade - an additional parking space for visiting our guests, or for us, if in a moment we will again use our two-way.

After entering, everyone will notice the order and order owed to the dressing room. It is thanks to her that we will not stumble in the entrance hall for shoes, which the household members will gladly leave behind closed doors.

A profusely glazed corridor leads to a part of the day or night home. The building has been opened onto the garden with glazing to provide the residents with an optimal amount of daylight.

Right side - a luminous living room combined with a dining room. They were separated from the kitchen with a warm, cozy fireplace. Architects also remembered a convenient, handy pantry. Every chef will appreciate it.

The left side is bedroom rooms and additionally a separate economic zone - a laundry room and a utility room. Each room has an entrance through the wardrobe, and an exit leading to one of the two terraces. One of them is a private terrace, belonging to two rooms, the other is an integral part of the garden.

An additional advantage of garden architecture is the garden gazebo. There, in a roofed place, we can spend time outdoors, near the entrance to the pool.

The Zx142 project is dedicated to demanding people, extraordinary, who like to stand out. Architects wanted to create a design of a sloping "L" letter with an unspecified character.
