    Description of the project

    Zb4 is distinguished by an innovative shape, tasteful detail and a clean functional layout. The gray coloring of the design has been broken with warm wooden claddings that are found in the entrance and balcony areas.



    We enter the house from a pleasant large arcade, which after the building can also act as a veranda. The house was designed with a division into two zones, a daily one-storey and a bedroom located in the attic. The living area is of course a large living room with a fireplace, connected spatially with stairs leading to a comfortable attic with 3 bedrooms. The bedroom dedicated to the heads of the house has a balcony and its own bathroom. There is also enough space in it to insert two large wardrobes. Children's rooms were divided in a fair way, for everyone equally. Each of them has access to a shared balcony.



    The house has a garage built into the building block with a utility room for the stove. The passage from the garage to the house is through a common hallway. Near the entrance there is also a separate, large kitchen with a pantry, in which a table for 4-6 people can easily be found.



    Zb4 is a great idea for business, the house meets the expectations of the Polish family according to the latest market research raking. This project is suitable for urban planning as neighboring twins or as serial segments (without windows in the side walls).
