    Description of the project

    Zb3 is a functional house design with an attic, in which the knee wall has been raised. A simple structure, covered with a gable roof, is dressed in matching accessories and a bay window. Wood in the shade of a nut is combined with warm beige and gray metal roofing sheet. Such facade elevation makes the house blend with both the forest landscape of the plot and the suburban landscape.



    The project is distinguished by a large, more than 30m2 living room, in which the whole corner is glazed with seven windows to the ground itself. It gives insolation to this spacious interior, where the relaxation zone with a dining room is located, next to which there is a half-open kitchen. The heart of the housekeeper's house, located near the entrance, has been equipped with a long working worktop illuminated by the window. At the partition wall, separating the kitchen from the communication area, you can put a breakfast table with chairs. In the kitchen, the spacious pantry, which stores high shelves for supplies and aids to cleanliness, deserves attention. By removing the larder, separated by a lightweight wall, you can additionally enlarge the surface of the kitchen, and even insert an additional window on the front façade. An ideal place, acting as a clipboard, is the built-in space under the stairs.



    The house has a single-car garage in the basic version. From the garage there is a direct passage to the entrance hall of the house and to the house. a house in which there is a stove, heating the whole house. Thanks to the additional external door, it can be easily used as a storage for garden tools.



    The first floor is part of the house. There are three comfortable bedrooms here. Each of them has its own barber. Additional attractions of the rooms include charming balcony and private bathroom.



    Zb3 is an ideal strategic idea for the business and construction of the entire housing estate. Thanks to the simple construction, the house can be placed quickly and efficiently, just as it is easy to make changes to it at the customer's request due to the small amount of load-bearing walls!
