Description of the project
Zx126 is a proposition of a storey house with a flat roof. The façade was made of clinker and dark plaster or sheet metal, as desired. Large glazing with divisions as well as glass roofs from the terrace side will make us feel like in LOFC. The entrance was accented by two architects supporting a small balcony upstairs.
The magic of the two-storey facade glazing from the garden side, draws rainbow patterns on the walls of the interior of the house, radiating its interior with the warmth of the sun's rays.
We have obtained a beautiful terrace area for sunbathing or morning gymnastics in the open air over the two-garage garage.
The ground floor was allocated to the daily residential zone. The spacious living room is connected with the dining room and kitchenette, with which the pantry is adjacent.
A huge advantage in the Zx127 project is a mezzanine with large vertical glazing. Thanks to them, we can grow here a greater number of plants that will make us happy to "swing in the clouds" in front of the fireplace, reading our favorite literary genres.
The right part was intended for the main bedroom, from which we can go directly to the terrace located on the garden side. A private wardrobe and bathroom will certainly provide comfort to the owners especially in the morning bustle.
The first floor is the private and night zone of our fortress and the land of leisure at the same time. A terrace, a mezzanine, two bedrooms for children and a small study room or a room for guests with a shared spacious bathroom will transform our home into a real kingdom of the longed-for respite.
