    Zx136 is a multi-storey house with a multi-pitched roof and a two-car garage characterized by traditional construction with a visual aspect of modernity. White plaster, clinker tiles and wallet windows give it additional charm and elegance.



    The building was divided into two parts.



    The ground floor is a fancifully decorated daily living zone. The dressing room located next to the hallway will allow us to easily and quickly clean up our outerwear without the necessity to put the wardrobe in the hallway. Bags, shoes, overcoats, hats and scarves will finally have the right amount of space.



    The pantry adhering to the kitchen will allow us to secure jars, weaves and a supply of flour or sugar, so that we do not have to constantly go shopping for the most-used groceries.



    A spacious and bright living room is a place where we can relax, make your name day or birthday. The warm glow of the fireplace will then become the main point that catches the attention of guests.



    Next to the stairs leading to the first floor, the architect designed a toilet and a storage room for toiletries and items needed to keep the house clean. Thanks to this, the supply of toothpaste and toilet paper will be at hand, and the vacuum cleaner and brush will also be used after the birthday party organized for our youngest kids.



    The first floor is an assertive part of the house. Not everyone has access to it. Three bedrooms, two of which have balconies, are our silent sanctuary. From the parent's bedroom, two exits lead to the balcony and the terrace above the garage. Care was also taken that the owners had their own private bathroom and wardrobe. This will bypass their queue to the morning toilet in a shared bathroom with children.



    The Zx136 project is dedicated to a family who wants to decide about their lives in silence, peace and warmth of the home.
