Zx133 is a modern one-storey detached house with a flat roof and a 2-storey garage.



Its main advantage is the exit from all rooms to the garden part, in which we propose to put a swimming pool in order to emphasize the rest area. From now on, "relaxation" will become our leading motto after a hard day or a week of work. We will spend most of our free time by the pool, and family and friends often envies us. These people will be happy to join the "mini vacation" and cool off on hot summer days.



The interior of the building was divided into a day and night zone. In the day zone - in the right part of the house - there is a kitchenette with an adjacent handy pantry, whose main advantage is the kitchen island. It will be appreciated by every successful lady of the house. The "insular" table top will make seafood and all kinds of sophisticated dishes, quickly and conveniently hit the table in the dining area. From there, we are just a step away from the spacious living room area and the large wallet windows that lead to the garden and swimming pool.



In the bed part of the house, the largest bedroom was taken care of in a private bathroom and a dressing room. Large, illuminating interiors of window-wall windows are at the same time an exit leading to the garden, so that the household in the left part of the house can also use the "right to relax".



Modern design with wooden elements, large glazing, swimming pool, and the possibility of highlighting the rest area make the Zx133 project is dedicated to people who want freedom, relaxation and rest after a hard day's work.
