    Zx 132 is characterized by a simple stylistics, minimalism and accent of architectural composition in the form of elevation material from clinker tiles. The combination of light and dark colors gives it a good taste and individual character. Large wallet windows allow more light to enter. The addition is sliding shutters, which complement the composition and cut off the inflow of solar reflections when we have their excess.



    The distinguishing feature of the Zx 132 project is the division of the house into a living area and a night part located on the mezzanine. From the mezzanine, which is an elevation, there is a view of a representative living and dining area. The kitchen was designed as a separate room to hide the disorder created by the pitting of all sighted guests.





    The house has been partially basement, so that we could perfectly use the spacious underground space as a technical and economic part. It was also remembered about a two-car garage, which cyclists may also be interested in.



    The mezzanine consists of 3 bedrooms with a bathroom, the largest of which, intended for parents, includes a private wardrobe.



    An exemplary arrangement of the nearest surroundings of the building in the form of flower beds gives the possibility of quiet, peaceful relaxation on the terrace.



    The design of the Zx 132 house is designed for people who like modern style and want to clearly separate the daily living space from the night.
