Zx123GP2 is a simple, modernist house with large glazing. Its characteristic features are: a large terrace upstairs and a specific arcade with a hollow. Thanks to it, light enters the entrance and the two-car garage entrance, but not rain. The garage leads a direct and convenient passage to the house, useful when unpacking purchases from the car.


The ground floor is primarily a spacious "day zone", useful for a well-deserved rest after a hard workout in our private gym. Next to the sauna, which can be adapted to other rooms we need. A bathroom is adjacent to the recreation room, suitably located also if the training room would become a study room or a guest room. A kitchenette can be separated by a partition if you want your home to be a surprise to household and guests. Adhering of course, an indispensable larder.


On the first floor, in the "night zone" of the house, there are 3 spacious bedrooms. One of them can be intended for parents, because it has its own bathroom and wardrobe. The other two can be rooms for children.


Two bathrooms on the first floor and third on the bottom perfectly solve the problem of the queue to the morning toilet. The problem is well known to men who have daughters at home in addition to their wife.


The space of a huge, more than 75 meter terrace can be freely used on warm days and summer evenings.
