      Description of the project

      Zx108 2M is a simple yet unconventional building for demanding people who like functionality and modernity. A two-garage garage, which can be used by two families and large terraces, is its greatest asset.


      The first flat is on the ground floor. A large, open space with living room, dining room and kitchenette give a lot of freedom, and a centrally placed fireplace enriches the day zone with a feeling of familiarity. On the left side of the apartment there is a master bedroom with a separate wardrobe and a small bathroom.


      The flat upstairs has been clearly divided into two separate zones. The living area - open, with the possibility of separating the kitchen from the living room, takes the left side of the apartment. From the kitchen we have access to the terrace, where we can eat our meals during the summer. Okala he house on three sides, which is another plus thanks to which we can "follow the sun" when aspirations of having a beautiful tan are born ... The night zone is a bathroom and three spacious bedrooms, each of which has an exit to the terrace. Bedrooms can be used as rooms for children until they grow up and do not set up their own families. Then one of the children will be able to live with his family upstairs, helping at the same time parents living downstairs. If life goes on so that none of the children live on the first floor, then you can rent a mountain and charge it as a supplement to your pension.
