Description of the project
Zx108 2M is a simple yet unconventional building for demanding people who like functionality and modernity. A two-garage garage, which can be used by two families and large terraces, is its greatest asset.
The first flat is on the ground floor. A large, open space with living room, dining room and kitchenette give a lot of freedom, and a centrally placed fireplace enriches the day zone with a feeling of familiarity. On the left side of the apartment there is a master bedroom with a separate wardrobe and a small bathroom.
The flat upstairs has been clearly divided into two separate zones. The living area - open, with the possibility of separating the kitchen from the living room, takes the left side of the apartment. From the kitchen we have access to the terrace, where we can eat our meals during the summer. Okala he house on three sides, which is another plus thanks to which we can "follow the sun" when aspirations of having a beautiful tan are born ...
