    The Zx124 project is a home that makes a big impression even on people who do not like modern architecture. What the "wow" effect has on us is primarily its bright, tall and spacious staircase. Each time we go up the stairs, we feel like we are participating in phototherapy treatment, in light therapy. After all, the sun causes a smile on your face and arouses the desire to live. Thanks to him and a lot of light, our house will fill us with optimism even on cloudy days.


    A covered entrance leads to the entrance hall, from where we have the entrance to the single-storey garage on the right side and to the inside of the house on the left. From the garage we have a passage to the utility room, where a solid fuel stove was placed.


    Under the stairs, the architect designed the entrance to the room that could be used as a study or a guest room.


    The ground floor is a typical home day zone. The larger part occupies a large, bright living room and an open kitchen with an island in the middle. Both from the kitchen and from the room we have an exit to the terrace, whose final shape and the glass or polycarbonate roofing will depend on the fantasies and needs of future owners. In addition, both fantasy and the need will motivate you to eat on this terrace meals or savor the evening glass of pleasantly chilled wine.


    The floor was allocated to the night zone of the house. There are 4 rooms, 2 wardrobes, two bathrooms and a balcony. The biggest asset constituting a feast for the body and senses is a huge, 15-meter bathroom, which can also be transformed into an additional room, and the bathroom can be done in the place of the second wardrobe.


    The floor of the Zx124 project offers many opportunities for development. They depend only on the needs, tastes and flair of future owners.
