Description of the project
The Zx121 project is a modern two-storey house with a terrace and a single-car garage. The house has a comfortable and functional space due to the appropriate shape of the building. It consists of two basic geometric solids, perpendicularly placed one on top of the other. It gives an interesting visual effect and provides roofing on the terrace and over the entrance to the house.
From the aforementioned garage, we can get to the pantry, from there to the kitchen. This is a very practical solution in cases when we come back from larger grocery purchases. Then we leave our provisions in the pantry directly from the garage. From there, we are only one step away from our kitchen kingdom. Thanks to this, when preparing a feast for the palate, we have everything we need "at hand" while maintaining the order and order.
Directly from the garage you can break through the entrance to the dressing room, which is connected with the hall - you will not have to go outside the house on cold days to get directly to the car.
An important advantage is also a separate entrance from the garage to the utility room, combined with a rear exit to the garden, in which we can set objects and equipment useful in the garden, as well as the necessary clothes for a change.
On the ground floor, in the central place of the spacious living room, there is a fireplace. The living room can be enlarged by a kitchenette and a dining area, eliminating the wall separating it from the kitchen.
An additional room with an adjoining bathroom was also planned - an ideal place for a relaxing bath in a bathtub full of foam.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a bathroom and a dressing room, the other with an alcove, which can be used for a wardrobe or "DIY area" and a third that can have a roof terrace as a terrace. A separate large bathroom for the whole family is an additional asset. You can keep things in it that are not intended for the eyes of our guests.
Good communication, functionality and the ability to use every corner of the room will help us gain the title of "the perfect house lady" and "good host".
