The Zx112 project is a modern, two-storey house characteristic of contemporary architecture.
Ground floor space is a mainly daily zone, there is more than 30m2 living room connected with the dining room and kitchen. The entrance to the side terrace directly from the kitchen and the garden from the living room. This will be important for plots that are facing the south. From the front, a two-garage garage was designed, with direct access to the hall, a toilet was placed at the entrance, and a sauna was located on the right. Floor is a relax zone with four large bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom and wardrobe.
The idea of the project was to obtain a clean, simple, ergonomic form, and at the same time unique in expression, which will become a characteristic accent in the space. This project can be made in several versions, eg with terraces on the floor.
