    Zx109 is a two-storey house with a simple shape with a side garage and a large utility room. Brick on the elevations gives the building a unique character. The roofed entrance as well as the entrance to the garage has been accentuated with massive pillars. In the hallway as well as the hall connecting the garage with the house, there is a place for a large wardrobe. The daytime is a spacious living room with a dining room and a kitchen with a pantry. The windows and balcony doors of the living room overlook the garden. On the ground floor there is also a place for an additional room, bathroom and sauna.


    The night zone on the first floor consists of three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms.


    Parents' bedroom is equipped with a separate bathroom, wardrobe and access to the terrace.


    The space above the garage can be used as a terrace.
