Zx103bG is a slim, one-storey house in a modern style. Compared to the variant, Zx103 does not have a garage, but thanks to this it has gained a brightened utility room with access to the terrace. A simple, cubic shape with a flat roof and natural elements of the façade finish give it elegance and grace. At 148m², a comfortable and functional interior was designed. The day zone is a spacious living room almost 40m² connected with a partially open kitchen and an exit to the covered terrace. The big advantage of the design is a simple construction and numerous partition walls, which allows you to almost freely adjust the space of the rooms. In the entrance area there is a place for a large wardrobe, a small bathroom and a room that can act as a guest bedroom or office. A laundry room with window is also available from the hall. Next, a night part was separated with three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One of the rooms has its own large wardrobe. Zx103bG is an interesting proposition for supporters of modern style.
