Zx105 is a compact one-storey house with a flat roof for a 2-3 person family.
The division clearly highlights the division into zones. The representative part is a spacious, well-lit living room combined with a spacious kitchen. The dining room is located next to a large, two-winged window with an entrance to the side terrace. The centrally located fireplace perfectly warms this part of the house, and one chimney pillar is a reasonable and economical solution. The night zone consists of two rooms and a comfortable bathroom with a window. The larger bedroom on the garden side has an exit to the terrace. You can also separate a large wardrobe in it. In addition, the project provides space for lockers, spacious wardrobes in the hall and lobby. A well-planned layout of the interior and a simple design make the house functional and give the possibility of almost any arrangement.
