Description of the project
Zx92 GP is a house project created on the model of "old cube". Storey, with a flat roof, projection on a rectangular plan. It is simple and inexpensive to build.
Elevation is white plaster with horizontal, delicate rustication and gray stone. In addition, simple roofs over the entrance and above the terrace have been designed.
Ground floor: right side from the main entrance, located in the center of the front elevation, under the roof, there is a passage to the utility room and garage. Behind him there was a staircase leading to the first floor. A bathroom under them, designed for guests near the living room. Adjacent to the office, which has a window on the garden side and exit to the terrace so that you can get some fresh air.
The left side of the house is a living, representative part, a kitchenette open to the living room and dining room. From the front there is a regular kitchen, while in the middle a pantry is needed and a warm fireplace from the living room. The living area has large glazed areas that extend from the dining room to the end of the living room.
Floor: when you go upstairs, on the left side there is a place for a deep built-in wardrobe - ideal for towels, bed sheets - or a place that can serve as a storage room - for mops, vacuum cleaner, ironing board etc. There is an entrance to the master bedroom in front of the stairs connected with the wardrobe, through which we go to the private bathroom. In the second part of the corridor - two beautifully decorated bedrooms for children and one shared bathroom.
The Zx92 GP house is dedicated to a family with two or three children - remember, there is an additional room on the ground floor, which does not necessarily have to be a study. The advantage of the proposed state of the project is the fact that on 120m2 there are 5 rooms, one of which is a beautiful living room, and the other is a master bedroom.
