Description of the project
Zx78 D This is a proposal of a modern one-storey single-family house, which consists of 3 overlapping blocks of different heights. Two façade surfaces are finished with wood-like façade panels, the rest is white plaster.
The first block is a 2-storey garage, in which a storage space for car accessories has been added. From then on, keeping seasonal tires for a change will not be a challenge. Inside the house leads the passage from the garage through the utility room with a solid fuel stove.
The second block - the central one - is a daily zone suitably adapted to take guests. Next to the living room connected to the dining room there is an annex with a kitchen island and a pantry, which will be appreciated by every lady of the house. Glazing to the ground at the same time are exits to the terrace, whose roofing from the garden side was made of modern, ready pergolas.
At the entrance a small dressing room and toilet were designed, and the hall leads to the third block - the bed part of the house. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which have access to the terrace, and the third, as part of the rematch - your private bathroom and wardrobe. A small laundry room was placed in the bathroom behind closed doors so as not to spoil the decor of the bathroom.
