      Description of the project

      Zx82 GL + is a variant of the basic design Zx82, with a single-car garage. The house has been enlarged by almost 7m2. The functional layout of the interior has been modified. But it is still a house whose guiding concept is "modern design". A building with a full floor, flat roof, designed on a plan similar to a square.


      The usable area of the building is about 175 m2. The house is in the shape of a cube, with elevations finished with white plaster and facade tiles. On the balconies, a balustrade with large glazing was used, which adds character to the building.



      Ground floor: the main entrance to the house is located under the balcony, which also serves as a roof. At first glance, the entrance is not visible, because you enter the building from the side looking at the front elevation. From the hall we directly enter the spacious lobby, which in this interior layout replaces the wardrobe. We suggest that one wall of the hall should be built with wardrobes, thus creating a functional space. From the hall we have access to the toilet, living room and vestibule connecting the utility room and garage.



      Day zone is located in the right part of the house, there are large windows from the dining room to the end of the living room. An additional advantage of the project is a bright, regular kitchen with a designated pantry. The total usable floor area of the ground floor is approx. 80 m2.



      Floor: upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with separate wardrobes, including one master bedroom (with separate wardrobe and bathroom). From the corridor we have access to the storage compartment and the general bathroom. There are two balconies available from two different rooms.



      The Zx82 GL + house is dedicated to a family with three children. Undoubtedly, the proposed project has all the rooms in it that will provide you with a comfortable and pleasant life.
