Area and dimensions
Net area: This is the area of all rooms of the building measured at floor level, taking into account plaster and wall cladding. Does not diminish the floor area of variable height - eg. In the attic. To put it simply - so as to spread in all areas of the carpet on the floor.

Thermal insulation
Zx91 is a house design created on the model of an "old cube". Storey, flat roof, projection on the plan of a gently broken rectangle. It is simple and inexpensive to build.
The building's surface is around 170m2. The façade is white plaster, horizontal wooden planks for insulating the building and raw dark façade plaster. In addition, a simple system roofing over the terrace has been designed.
Ground floor: on the right from the main entrance, located in the center of the front elevation, there is an entrance to the garage, from which we can go further to the utility room. For simplicity, the PG also has a door to the outside, so that the mower can be easily stored there.
Floor: Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, one of them, the main one has its own wardrobe, through which you go to a private bathroom. Each of the bedrooms is a spacious room, where our children will certainly have a nice time. In addition, there was room for a large (over 10m2) bathroom with a bath and shower.
The Zx91 house is dedicated to a family with three or even four children - remember, there is an additional room on the ground floor, which does not necessarily have to be a study. The advantage of the proposed project is the fact that on 170m2 there are 6 rooms, one of which is a beautiful living room, and the other is a master bedroom.
