Design of a two-storey house, with a steep gable roof.

The proposal presented to you is a good solution for people who want to live in a house with a modern style, and building conditions do not allow for construction with a flat roof. Zx95 is ideally suited to the requirements of a building with a gable roof.

The house is two-storey with a division into the day and night zone.

On the ground floor the block was broken with a cube extended from two sides of the facade. There is a garage and utility rooms. The single-garage garage has a passage to the house through a large utility room. It is possible to design additional doors so that the boiler room is accessible from the outside. Then we have easier access to the mower, equipment needed for garden care, and work clothes.

In front of the entrance to the house is a green garden that is clearly visible through the large glass windows of the grand living room. Beautiful fireplace, tasteful paintings hanging on the walls and an appetizing dining room, attract the attention of visitors.

The kitchen has an open layout, but thanks to its external location, the way of preparing dishes and family recipes will remain a secret.

In the corridor, near the stairs, near the living room there is a toilet for guests, followed by a master bedroom, a bedroom with a private bathroom and a dressing room. This is a great solution for older people who are no longer able to exercise more effortlessly when climbing stairs. If there is a need to add one more bedroom, it can be located in the place of the utility room, and the boiler room should then be moved to the private bathroom area of the night ground floor.

Attic apartment.

After entering the stairs, we cross the hall, which ends with a mezzanine on the right side, where there is a large sloping roof and an open space extending above the ground floor. Thanks to the high height of the room, you can afford to insert a high Christmas tree during Christmas. The mezzanine is a viewpoint from which you can look at the living room and observe the course of the meetings from a distance.

Each bedroom has been hand-made by the lady of the house. They have private wardrobes that allow for proper segregation of clothes.

The Zx95 project has an area of about 155m2. It is intended for plots with building conditions with a mandatory 2-slope roof.
