Description of the project
Zx98 is a modern house with a green flat roof.
A specific fortress; from the front - closed, inaccessible, shrouded in a fog of mystery, impassively protects the secrets of its inhabitants. There is only a front entrance to the garage and entrance to the interior of the building, so the private life of the householders is carefully hidden from the eyes of curious passers-by; From the garden side, the fortress has been majestically opened to the quietness of greenery, intended for people united by blood ties.
The building presents the taste of architectural minimalism, in a rich, innovative edition. The innovative composition of the façade with the addition of light gray clinker combines the purity of white with large glass panes.
The green roof has a functional and relax function. Magnifies the biologically active plot area. There you can plant grass, small fruit plants or ornamental plants and enjoy the warm sun rays lying among greenery.
The original shape, green roof and functional interior create a harmonious composition with a representative, unforgettable character.
The building consists of two simple cubes, on which a cube moved backwards, which is also a terrace roofing.
The terrace upstairs is accessible from two sides: from the inside of the building and from the side of the yard. You should climb the stairs leading from the garden directly to the first floor. Thanks to this you do not have to walk through the house, you can go directly from the bedroom to the pool in the garden.
The spacious ground floor is the living part of the house. The court is a link connecting the economic part with the usable part. The economic part includes: a solid fuel boiler room, a two-garage garage, a storage room where one can leave a mower, work clothes, garden tools. A direct exit to the garden from the economic zone was also designed. An ingenious architect did it so that the people who care for the garden could respect the order that prevails in the living area and did not have to pass through the representative part in the outfit.
The spacious living room is separated from the dining area by a wall on which a double-sided fireplace can be placed. It will add the warmth of the home's fire and it will pour bright sparks on dark, winter evenings.
Both the living room and kitchen with dining room have a glass effect of entering the garden. Glazing sliding walls give it a huge amount of daylight. They also constitute a crystal barrier that can be opened, enlarging the day zone with a terrace space, so great for use during pool and garden parties.
On the right from the front entrance, adjacent to the living room, there is a study room, which can also be a room for visiting guests. Opposite, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is located. Thanks to this, guests will not have to use our private bathrooms upstairs.
The floor is the night zone of the house. There are 3 bedrooms, each of which has a luxuriously finished, private bathroom. One of the bedrooms additionally has a dressing room, and the entrance to the terrace, running from each room, is an undoubted advantage. The exit to the larger terrace, from the garden side, gives access to green rest, while the smaller terrace, from the front side, will also provide us with a powerful dose of relaxation.
