Zx79 is a modern, exclusive, one-storey house in shades of gray with large glazing and simple decorative elements serving as a roofing. The façade has been varied with horizontal blinds, and the design is perfect for a family who likes to spend time together.

Large glazed floors have been designed throughout the house, which are also terrace exits. The entire block was designed as three separate cubes, whose connecting link is the corridor. The first cube is a technical part - a shed for two parking spaces with an utility room. On the right side there is a passage to the house. The second cube is the day zone, the third is the bed zone.

The representative right part of the ground floor is the daily zone of life, ideal for evening cocktail meetings with friends. Small accents of architecture in the form of a fireplace behind the pantry in the dining-salon part, and kitchen "island" with a buffet, are a natural separation of the company, if you want to watch the match, and ladies at this time to prepare dishes and exchange insights on the latest trends prevailing in fashion. Because the living room and dining room contain glazed corner exits, they are perfectly illuminated from the third side of the world, and the sun reaches here at any time of the day.

The left side is the private sphere of the household's life and also the bed zone of the house, to which guests invited for a refined supper are not allowed. Four cozy bedrooms have been located here, as well as two bathrooms and a dressing room.
