Area and dimensions
Net area: This is the area of all rooms of the building measured at floor level, taking into account plaster and wall cladding. Does not diminish the floor area of variable height - eg. In the attic. To put it simply - so as to spread in all areas of the carpet on the floor.

Zx76 is a one-storey building with a flat roof without a garage. It has large glazing and canopies over the entrance and garden part.
The finishing of the façade consists of vertical openwork elements, a warm wooden cladding in the garden part, and plaster in white and graphite colors from the front.
At the entrance to the hall there is a dressing room, which will greatly help us organize winter clothes.
The left part of the house is a living area, night-time. The kitchen was combined with the dining room and the living room on the principle of open space. Thanks to this, it is spacious and we can enjoy our representative surface, and the warm glow of the fireplace will provide us with many moments of joy.
Each of the three rooms can be used as a bedroom or office, because the setting is their biggest advantage. The terrace can be used as a place of blissful rest. It is also an ideal place where you can air the bedding in the summer. After all, it's much nicer to go to sleep while being wrapped in the smell of freshness .
The Zx76 project is dedicated to a couple with two children.
