Area and dimensions
Net area: This is the area of all rooms of the building measured at floor level, taking into account plaster and wall cladding. Does not diminish the floor area of variable height - eg. In the attic. To put it simply - so as to spread in all areas of the carpet on the floor.

Zx68 A - this is a reduced version of the Zx68 project and at the same time another house proposal for a narrow plot. Ideally suited as a MDM flat, because it does not exceed 100 m2. Its simple, modern elevation expresses its exemplary elegance in the color of beige or ivory. For the flat roof, the architects added light-shielding panels, which are decorative elements in the terrace roofing.
Our cozy, one-story "kingdom" was divided into a day and night part in order that the guests invited to the "ball", wandering around the "ballroom", did not enter the bedroom. They have a private bathroom and three bedrooms, not intended for outside eyes.
The single-storey garage has a passage to the interior of the house leading through the utility room. Spiżarka is an indispensable room located near the kitchen. They will be appreciated by every distinguished "chef".
Two rooms lead to the terrace, which surrounds the house on two sides. We can sneak into it imperceptibly to our private apartments, when the guests at the party we set will prove to be "tedious". If everything goes according to plan, we will be able to spend evenings with a warm fireplace till dawn. After all, we are in our own "kingdom"! We set the rules!
