Net area: This is the area of all rooms of the building measured at floor level, taking into account plaster and wall cladding. Does not diminish the floor area of variable height - eg. In the attic. To put it simply - so as to spread in all areas of the carpet on the floor.

A two-storey, modern house with an area of approx. 140 m2 with a flat roof and a two-garage. Subtle coloring of beiges, browns and geometry of interpenetrating cubes of various heights, perfectly meets the wooden elements of the façade, giving it the impression of neutrality and good taste.
The interior is divided into two parts of the house. The ground floor is the daily zone of our influence. From the two-storey garage we have a passage to the interior of the house. Bright, illuminated with large glazed living room with a tasteful fireplace has two exits to the terraces from the garden. The kitchenette has the possibility of separating the wall from the dining area. A private office and additionally designed rooms such as a pantry, a dressing room or a storage room will provide space to hide our not-so-small "little things".
The first floor is the bed zone of the house. 3 bedrooms, each of which has an exit to a separate terrace, have been exquisitely decorated with the tasteful hand of the lady of the house. One of the rooms has a private wardrobe, so it can be boldly designed for a parent's bedroom. Here, none of the guests invited for dinner will be peeping. Privacy, privacy and privacy again.
