A modern, one-storey house with a flat roof, whose simple, austere style attracts the attention of many a seasoned investor.



A top-down projection of a truncated diamond shape gives the building its original appearance. The white plaster was combined with high-quality wooden panels, thanks to which we obtained an unconventional taste.



The interiors consist of three rooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette. From most rooms, leads to the covered terrace, where we can spend moments of relaxation on warm summer evenings. An additional advantage is the possibility of having two fireplaces. The first in the living room and the next on the terrace, which will make spending your free time a lot.



Large glazing will perfectly illuminate both the daytime and the night part of the house. The illumination aspect will brighten up the interior of the rooms and will improve the mood in the gray autumn days.\
